2. What's the lifting height & load capacity of self propelled electric scissor lift?

We have 3/4/6/8/10/12/14/16m self propelled electric scissor lift, 3m & 4m lifting height have 3 kinds of drive mode: manual/universal wheel/ steering cylinder, prices rise sequentially.

The load capacity of 3m & 4m self propelled electric scissor lift is 240kg, platform size is 1150*600mm, regardless of the driving mode.

The load capacity of 6/8/10/12m scissor lift is 320kg, platform size is 2270*1110mm, if you will use the machine in narrow space, we also have a smaller 6m scissor lift, the platform size is 1730*740mm, load capacity is 200kg;

The load capacity for 14m scissor lift is 230kg, platform size is 2640*1120mm;

The load capacity for 16m scissor lift is 320kg, platform size is 2260*1130mm, since the lifting height is too high, we will add outrigger to the machine to ensure safety.

For this machine, if you need higher load capacity, we also accept customization, the load capacity can be 500kg, but this load capacity only suitable for 6/8/10/12m self propelled electric scissor lift, their machine weight will increase 400kg.

This machine also has 900mm extended platform, which will make the working radius larger.

3. What's the materials & functions of self propelled electric scissor lift?

Materials: 

The materials of self propelled electric scissor lift platform is 2.5mm anti skid pattern plate, guardrail is made of 35mm * 35mm square tube;

Scissor structure is made of 120mm*85mm* 5mm manganese steel rectangular tube; Battery is 4*6V*203ah, for the battery brand, we use a famous Chinese brand - Tianneng, it’s maintenance-free battery, which will makes it more convenient for you to use;

About the surface treatment of self propelled electric scissor lift, some factories use electrostatic powder spraying after shot blasting and sandblasting to remove rust. This is easy to rust, so we upgraded it and used electrophoresis treatment on the surface, which greatly increased the anti-rust ability of the machine. It will basically be free of rust within 5 years.

4. What's the delivery method & price of self propelled electric scissor lift?

Delivery method:

The delivery method is depending on the quantity you purchased, if you just purchase 1 set, LCL is ok, we can do EXW/FOB/CIF terms, EXW means if you have freight forwarder in China, you can let your forwarder to pick up the goods to our factory;

FOB means we deliver the goods to any Chinese port or designated address, then your forwarder arrange the shipment;

CIF means if you have no freight forwarder in China, we can also arrange the shipment for you, but you need to tell us your designated seaport name, then we will send the self propelled electric scissor lift to the port, after the goods arrive at the port, you need to do the custom clearance, then pick up the goods.

If you purchase more than 4 sets scissor lifts, FCL is ok, you can choose 20ft or 40ft container according to the machine lifting height, because the higher the lifting height, the larger the machine size. EXW/FOB/CIF also applies to FCL.
